Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jules Barrett took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the match, Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carlos Tello. Jules Barrett fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Azzurri FC's Carlos Tello. But to his dismay, Carlos Tello quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 11th minute, Rosario Cardona left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Azzurri FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. The supporters of Germany booed when Azzurri FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wally Lécuyer didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th minute Jules Barrett shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 20 minutes Germany's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Denis Redd who took care of the corner kick. After a rather tough play, Germany's Albin Holweck got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Albin Holweck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Loramendi Valdivia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rosario Cardona in the 35thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tommy Kahn, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Germany's Tommy Kahn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Germany from getting a goal against them. In the 40th minute Carlos Tello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Tello, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jules Barrett in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tommy Kahn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Frank Sachs to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 50th match minute, Azzurri FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stan Pitre to maneuver through the defense. When Frank Sachs came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Germany fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frank Sachs couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Tello in the 53rd minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 55 minutes into the match, Germany's Frank Sachs sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Loramendi Valdivia narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Frank Sachs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Tello in the 63rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carlos Tello in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind. In the 70th minute, Wally Lécuyer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 73 minutes into the match, Azzurri FC's goalkeeper Loramendi Valdivia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frank Sachs. In the 76th match minute, Azzurri FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Denis Redd to maneuver through the defense. Loramendi Valdivia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Sachs in the 77th minute of play. In the 78th minute Carlos Tello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Tello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 85 minutes had been played when some careless play by Germany's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Denis Redd was slow to take the kick. During this time Azzurri FC's players had a chance to rest. In the 86th minute, Malcom Payton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Germany's Frank Sachs shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 87th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Loramendi Valdivia but with some difficulty. After some careless play in the Germany defense, Carlos Tello kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. The Germany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Kahn should have stopped the shot. If Rosario Cardona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frank Sachs got free with Loramendi Valdivia in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
