Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henry Dahlgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tommy Kahn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Khamzat Chimaev went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Johannes Olofsson hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Chris Mergenthaler made in the 11th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Frank Sachs however managed to control. If Khamzat Chimaev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 20 minutes of play, Germany's Frank Sachs made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lukas Drewitz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tommy Kahn was a little too slow when Henry Dahlgren got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 27th minute. The score was now 3-1. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Khamzat Chimaev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Heren Istarion were awarded a corner in the 36th minute after Germany's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Fred Amorim took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Fred Amorim got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tommy Kahn quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 41st match minute, The Heren Istarion was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oliver Åberg to maneuver through the defense. In the 44th minute, Henry Dahlgren ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tommy Kahn was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

In the 51st minute, Khamzat Chimaev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 55 minutes, Henry Dahlgren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Heren Istarion's supporters crossed their fingers, but Henry Dahlgren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Henry Dahlgren might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tommy Kahn. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Henry Dahlgren ran back to his position shaking his head. The Heren Istarion's Elberg Azov was substituted for Henry Dahlgren. The Heren Istarion made a substitution. Chi-Chi Chi replaced Albin Hallgren. In the 65th minute Khamzat Chimaev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elberg Azov in the 68th minute of the match. Tommy Kahn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Elberg Azov went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-2 was the resulting score. After 77 minutes, Oliver Åberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the The Heren Istarion and the Germany players grew even worse after the yellow card. Frank Sachs could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Lukas Drewitz made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in The Heren Istarion's zone, Albin Holweck stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lukas Drewitz came out of the goal and Albin Holweck tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Elberg Azov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tommy Kahn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. Elberg Azov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
