Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Leszek Tusk started the match with the kick off. GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ's Leszek Tusk got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jan Turek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuele Kunz, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 14th minute, Rodrigo von Känel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Timo Siegmund hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. If Jacinto Maurer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Krzysztof Prus hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. After 23 played minutes, Switzerland's Rodrigo von Känel shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jan Turek came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Switzerland reached it. In the 31st minute, Krzysztof Prus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Switzerland's Samuele Kunz in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ's goalie prevented a goal. In the 37th minute Iwo Kuszczak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hias Nüssli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Samuele Kunz in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jan Turek prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bogdan Babicki during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Bogdan Babicki hit a great ball. Jan Turek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samuele Kunz in the 45th minute of play. A collision led to GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Wawrzyniec Franzik hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Samuele Kunz made the kick off in the second half. When Samuele Kunz came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Switzerland fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Samuele Kunz couldn't finish the play. Hias Nüssli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iwo Kuszczak's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Wawrzyniec Franzik's late challenge caught a Switzerland's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wawrzyniec Franzik helped the player get up and apologised. Leszek Tusk struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Hias Nüssli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ. If Leszek Tusk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ's Krzysztof Prus got a free kick in the 66th minute. Jacinto Maurer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan Turek having to interfere. When Fridolin Neumeister fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Switzerland's protests and gave Fridolin Neumeister a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ booed when Switzerland was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fridolin Neumeister didn't get a good kick on the ball. Iwo Kuszczak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hias Nüssli having to interfere. In the 77th match minute, GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wawrzyniec Franzik to maneuver through the defense. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ's goalkeeper Jan Turek, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Hias Nüssli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iwo Kuszczak in the 83rd minute of play. After 86 minutes of play GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ's Wawrzyniec Franzik was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Wawrzyniec Franzik hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Fridolin Neumeister hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Switzerland's Fridolin Neumeister managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Iwo Kuszczak in the 90 minute of the game. With a little luck, GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ's Jan Turek got control of the ball when Samuele Kunz tried to sneak it across the goal line. GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ's Iwo Kuszczak got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee blew the final whistle, GKS OLIMPIA GRUDZIĄDZ could leave the field as winners, despite Switzerland having more of the ball for most of the match.
