Frank Sachs started the match with the kick off. After 7 minutes of play, Intxaurrondo's Manel Cardeñosa made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tommy Kahn was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manel Cardeñosa in the 10th minute of the match. After 15 minutes of play, Intxaurrondo's Manel Cardeñosa made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Intxaurrondo booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Malte Schiele didn't get a good kick on the ball. 24 minutes into the game, Frank Sachs cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Salvador España was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Frank Sachs hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. 4-1 became the score in the 29th minute when Manel Cardeñosa elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Germany's Willy Stieler got a free kick in the 34th minute. Germany's Tommy Kahn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Germany from getting a goal against them. 41 minutes into the match, Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cordareo Folch. If Alex Boșneag had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Manel Cardeñosa made a kick off. Salvador España showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albin Holweck, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Intxaurrondo's zone, Frank Sachs stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Salvador España came out of the goal and Frank Sachs tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Intxaurrondo fully deserved thier win.
