Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Alan Rezek in the 2nd minute of play forced F.C. Graal's goalkeeper Julian Karaszkiewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julian Karaszkiewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erik Jilek in the 4th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Alan Rezek managed to get in a good position for a shot. Czech Republic's supporters rose to their feet, but Alan Rezek was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julian Karaszkiewicz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Czech Republic booed when F.C. Graal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucjan Lamczyk didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 12 minutes, Alan Rezek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Czech Republic's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alan Rezek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 15 played minutes F.C. Graal got a freekick which was hit by Roch Slazak. After 19 played minutes F.C. Graal got a freekick which was hit by Teobald Fafinski. Erik Jilek might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Julian Karaszkiewicz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Erik Jilek ran back to his position shaking his head. Erik Jilek took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julian Karaszkiewicz. Julian Karaszkiewicz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Roch Slazak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Ziemowit Filipkowski came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the F.C. Graal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ziemowit Filipkowski couldn't finish the play. In the 45th minute, Ziemowit Filipkowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Erik Jilek to strike the kick off in the second half. Lucjan Lamczyk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vavrinec Holub having to interfere. After 56 played minutes F.C. Graal got a freekick which was hit by Teobald Fafinski. Erik Jilek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zbigniew Mochowak charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zbigniew Mochowak the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 62nd minute, Zbigniew Mochowak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vavrinec Holub took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucjan Lamczyk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Czech Republic's Dalimil Charvat got a free kick in the 73rd minute. 74 minutes into the match, F.C. Graal's Igor Tworek broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After 78 played minutes Czech Republic got a freekick which was hit by Kvetoslav Janku. After 79 played minutes, F.C. Graal's Igor Tworek shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Vavrinec Holub came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in F.C. Graal reached it. In the 83rd minute, Zbigniew Mochowak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Erik Jilek managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vavrinec Holub showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ziemowit Filipkowski in the 92nd minute of the match. If Roch Slazak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The F.C. Graal manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Czech Republic to win.
