Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Eugen Mantoiu made the kick off which started today's match. 3 minutes into the game, Edward Vanderstraeten cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Dennis Lindberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 6 minutes into the match, Galapagos Islands FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Vanderstraeten came free, but Dennis Lindberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Casper Claes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eugen Mantoiu in the 10th minute. Dennis Lindberg came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten. But to his dismay, Edward Vanderstraeten quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 18th minute of play forced Galapagos Islands FC's goalkeeper Dennis Lindberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Feliks Domaracki struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Casper Claes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Galapagos Islands FC. Belgium's Casper Claes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Belgium from getting a goal against them. Dennis Lindberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edward Vanderstraeten, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. When Jani Pakaslahti fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Galapagos Islands FC's protests and gave Jani Pakaslahti a yellow card for diving instead. Jani Pakaslahti hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. 31 minutes into the match, Galapagos Islands FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Vanderstraeten came free, but Dennis Lindberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dennis Lindberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Vanderstraeten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 36 minutes of play, Galapagos Islands FC's Eugen Mantoiu made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Casper Claes was left in no man's land by his defense there! 39 minutes into the match, Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dennis Lindberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Galapagos Islands FC's goalkeeper Dennis Lindberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edward Vanderstraeten in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dennis Lindberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Laurens Vandamme kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Eugen Mantoiu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Galapagos Islands FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Eugen Mantoiu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Casper Claes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

Belgium's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 54th minute. With a little luck, Galapagos Islands FC's Dennis Lindberg got control of the ball when Siebe Michiels tried to sneak it across the goal line. Galapagos Islands FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 58th minute, when Siebe Michiels scored to the left of an out of position Dennis Lindberg, making the score, 1-3. After 63 minutes of play, Galapagos Islands FC's Feliks Domaracki made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Casper Claes was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 68th minute, Edward Vanderstraeten made a precise shot to the right of Dennis Lindberg. Galapagos Islands FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-4. In the 74th minute Belgium were awarded a corner. Edward Vanderstraeten went to the cornerflag to take it. Guillaume Bonte hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. 78 minutes into the game, Niklas Möller was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Galapagos Islands FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Belgium the free kick. Galapagos Islands FC's Eugen Mantoiu got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Galapagos Islands FC's Dennis Lindberg got control of the ball when Edward Vanderstraeten tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gunnar Nyman took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Casper Claes. Casper Claes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-4. Dennis Lindberg made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Edward Vanderstraeten sent off a good shot on target. The Galapagos Islands FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Belgium's performance. The match ended with a win for Belgium.
