Besim Günay kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Netherlands from getting a goal against them. Abdulkerim Sudi in the 7thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Arnout Reekers, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 7 minutes into the game, Abdulkerim Sudi lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Arnout Reekers. After a rather tough play, Netherlands's David Eikelkamp got a free kick in the 9th minute. In the 14th minute Wim Wilmes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ziya Sartık saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wim Wilmes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A well-hit corner resulted in Mathijn Doctor heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 26th minute Gijsbert ter Kruimer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ziya Sartık saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 28th minute of play forced Türk Polis Gücü's goalkeeper Ziya Sartık to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Netherlands's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 29th minute. After taking down the ball on Netherlands's corner Egbert Nijveldt fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ziya Sartık quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wim Wilmes in the 34th minute of play forced Türk Polis Gücü's goalkeeper Ziya Sartık to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ziya Sartık made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wim Wilmes in the 36th minute of play. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gazanfer İcmal, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 41st minute, Akşemseddin Erzan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 42nd minute, Gustaaf Groeneveldt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ziya Sartık was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Gijsbert ter Kruimer made the kick off in the second half. Besim Günay hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. 55 minutes into the match, Gustaaf Groeneveldt had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ziya Sartık. Türk Polis Gücü's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gustaaf Groeneveldt was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. In the 58th minute, Netherlands's Gustaaf Groeneveldt dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. Gustaaf Groeneveldt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Ziya Sartık made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Türk Polis Gücü's zone, Gijsbert ter Kruimer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ziya Sartık came out of the goal and Gijsbert ter Kruimer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wim Wilmes in the 71st minute of play forced Türk Polis Gücü's goalkeeper Ziya Sartık to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ziya Sartık came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Netherlands's Wim Wilmes. But to his dismay, Wim Wilmes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Ziya Sartık showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wim Wilmes, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. After 81 played minutes Türk Polis Gücü got a freekick which was hit by Akşemseddin Erzan. After having played for 82 minutes, Gijsbert ter Kruimer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Netherlands's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gijsbert ter Kruimer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gustaaf Groeneveldt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Ziya Sartık tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Gijsbert ter Kruimer fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ziya Sartık, passed just outside the right post. Besim Günay charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Besim Günay the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 95th match minute, Türk Polis Gücü was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Besim Günay to maneuver through the defense. Abdulkerim Sudi kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Netherlands played a much better game than Türk Polis Gücü and deserved their victory. The Türk Polis Gücü players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
