Cezar Bogdănescu's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 4thth minute, Tommy Kahn skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 6th minute, FC Henger ATI's Ernest Cumpanașu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernest Cumpanașu in the 9th minute of play. Iustinian Bejgăneanu got a throw-in 12 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Ivan Hăulică. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Albin Holweck managed to get in a good position for a shot. Germany's supporters rose to their feet, but Albin Holweck was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Toader Vlădean breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match clock showed 20 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Cezar Bogdănescu sped through Germany's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. 24 minutes into the match, FC Henger ATI's Sever Zbârcea sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tommy Kahn narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cezar Bogdănescu in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind. The supporters of Germany booed when FC Henger ATI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcel Gănescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Toader Vlădean made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Sachs in the 32nd minute of play. When the match clock showed 33 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Cezar Bogdănescu sped through Germany's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. After a rather tough play, FC Henger ATI's Ivan Hăulică got a free kick in the 36th minute. In the 42nd minute Frank Sachs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toader Vlădean saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cosmin Rădescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 46 minutes, Sven Krakouer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Germany and the FC Henger ATI players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of FC Henger ATI booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven Krakouer didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Dumitru Ababei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cezar Bogdănescu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 71 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Cezar Bogdănescu came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cezar Bogdănescu in the 73rd minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 74 minutes into the game, Adrian Dreifuss was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Germany's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Henger ATI the free kick. Adrian Dreifuss hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frank Sachs got free with Toader Vlădean in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cezar Bogdănescu in the 82nd minute of play. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cosmin Rădescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Sven Krakouer hit a great ball. When Frank Sachs came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Germany fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frank Sachs couldn't finish the play. 93 minutes into the game, Cezar Bogdănescu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Tommy Kahn was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cezar Bogdănescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. FC Henger ATI's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
