Major Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 9th minute of play forced Atlético Ourense's goalkeeper Colon Manrique to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Tartalo Rajoi dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Fodor Daniel, 1-1. Colon Manrique showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Valentin in the 26th minute of the match. Tartalo Rajoi struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Fodor Daniel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atlético Ourense. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Takacs Tibor got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Atlético Ourense's Colon Manrique played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Major Barna in the 35th minute of play. After 36 minutes Atlético Ourense's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. Takacs Tibor made a great header on Hungary's corner, it was just that Atlético Ourense's Colon Manrique managed to reach the ball for a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Balazs Lajos in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Colon Manrique saved Atlético Ourense from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Balazs Lajos in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Colon Manrique prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hungary's Antal Valentin got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

A collision led to Atlético Ourense getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Marcos Odín hit a great ball. In the 53rd minute of the match, Antal Valentin got a very nice opportunity to score, but Colon Manrique was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Tartalo Rajoi struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Fodor Daniel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atlético Ourense. After some careless play in the Hungary defense, Unai Calatayud kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fodor Daniel. The Hungary fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fodor Daniel should have stopped the shot. Bakos Endre made in the 82nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Balazs Lajos however managed to control. In the 87th minute Takacs Tibor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Colon Manrique saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bakos Endre kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. In the 89th minute, Unai Calatayud ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fodor Daniel was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Unai Calatayud, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hungary's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Atlético Ourense had won, even though Hungary had held more of the ball.
