When the match clock showed 15 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Lucian Dărăscu sped through Spain's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gabriel Ascaso. A collision led to Spain getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Vicente Merino hit a great ball. Lucian Dărăscu in the 22ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lucian Dărăscu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Roman Pietrasz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Omar Toledo in the 55th minute. In the 56th minute, Omar Toledo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Roman Pietrasz. The goal made the score 2-1. Spain made a substitution. Carles Cherro replaced Omar Toledo. Spain played a much better game than FC Kolanijo and deserved their victory. The FC Kolanijo players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
