Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Zé Roberto Salles made the kick off which started today's match. Geovani Velloso hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Peletier in the 9th minute of play forced Proteu's goalkeeper Dida Dantas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Proteu defense, Frank Peletier kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dida Dantas. The Proteu fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dida Dantas should have stopped the shot. In the 15th minute, Frank Peletier left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The France fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Frank Peletier kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Jean Bombelles made in the 22nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Robert Chapuis immediately put the ball in play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Frank Peletier to make the kick off. When Ronaldinho Ramos fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Proteu's protests and gave Ronaldinho Ramos a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of France booed when Proteu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ronaldinho Ramos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Frank Peletier who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 82ndth minute tested the skills of Dida Dantas when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 86th minute, Frank Peletier ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dida Dantas was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-9. Frank Peletier's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Dida Dantas firmly grabbed it by the left post. Jean Bombelles made in the 95th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Proteu's Eriberto Fonseca. When the final whistle sounded France left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Proteu.
