If Takacs Tibor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 25 minutes into the match, Överås IK's goal looked a bit too open when Katona Janos came free, but Eero Viks reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Överås IK's Eero Viks played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Valentin in the 35th minute of play. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eero Viks showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hegedus Henrik in the 41st minute of the match. Hungary's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Antal Valentin in the 42nd minute. After taking down the ball on Hungary's corner Major Barna fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Eero Viks quite easily take care of the ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Karsten Karlsen to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Antal Valentin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eero Viks breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 61st minute, Hungary's Antal Valentin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Eero Viks. Eero Viks yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. Eero Viks made an important save on a dangerous shot by Major Barna in the 65th minute. Eero Viks came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Hungary's Balazs Lajos. But to his dismay, Balazs Lajos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Takacs Tibor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Eero Viks made a huge save. In the 73rd minute Överås IK were awarded a corner. Jan Hydén went to the cornerflag to take it. After a defensive mix-up in Överås IK's zone, Antal Valentin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eero Viks came out of the goal and Antal Valentin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Överås IK made a substitution. Krister Nordin replaced Claes Axelsson. Hungary's Major Barna got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Antal Valentin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Eero Viks made a huge save. If Karsten Karlsen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eero Viks made an important save on a dangerous shot by Major Barna in the 86th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hegedus Henrik got free with Eero Viks in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marcus Bergsten kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. The supporters of Hungary booed when Överås IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan Hydén didn't get a good kick on the ball.
