Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The North Face's Gheorghe Odobescu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Chris Nygaard came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Denmark fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chris Nygaard couldn't finish the play. Olav Graversen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gheorghe Odobescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Keld Paulsen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Remigiusz Kieca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chris Nygaard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gheorghe Odobescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Keld Paulsen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stelian Nicopol hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Ioan Andone's late challenge caught a Denmark's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ioan Andone helped the player get up and apologised. After 26 played minutes The North Face got a freekick which was hit by Ioan Andone. Gheorghe Odobescu received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Keld Paulsen came out and tried to block the shot, but Gheorghe Odobescu slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 33rd minute. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Gheorghe Odobescu took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Keld Paulsen to make any attempt to save it. In the 39th minute, Ioan Andone hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Remigiusz Kieca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mikkel Wulff, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gheorghe Odobescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Keld Paulsen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gheorghe Odobescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Ioan Andone kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Chris Nygaard to make the kick off. Mikkel Wulff was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 54th minute. Denmark's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 59th minute of the match Bjarne Kirkegaard sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Remigiusz Kieca skillfully saved the ball. In the 61st minute Gheorghe Odobescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keld Paulsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Tiberiu Măcriș got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Keld Paulsen quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Denmark were awarded a corner in the 65th minute after The North Face's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Chris Nygaard took the corner. Simon Bendtsen was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Chris Nygaard scored 2-1 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Remigiusz Kieca, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Remigiusz Kieca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bertram Svenningsen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 81 minutes had been played when some careless play by The North Face's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Chris Nygaard was slow to take the kick. During this time Denmark's players had a chance to rest. 85 minutes into the game, Bertram Svenningsen recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Remigiusz Kieca. Bertram Svenningsen showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. Gheorghe Odobescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Keld Paulsen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Denmark players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
