The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simon Britz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 9th minute, Per-Arne Ström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Major Barna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Birger Påk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Stream Sponsoren booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Takacs Tibor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 22nd minute, Dan Bolin made a precise shot to the right of Fodor Daniel. Hungary's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Fodor Daniel didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Stream Sponsoren's Simon Britz shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dan Bolin in the 35th minute of the match. After 36 minutes Hungary's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Rasmus Ljungberg who took care of the corner kick. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dan Bolin, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. 44 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Simon Britz came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Hungary getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Antal Valentin hit a great ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Simon Britz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Jonas Vallmark shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fodor Daniel came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Stream Sponsoren's Jonas Vallmark. But to his dismay, Jonas Vallmark quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. After having played for 63 minutes, Hegedus Henrik managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hegedus Henrik was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dan Bolin in the 65th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th minute, Niklas Söderberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dan Bolin, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Stream Sponsoren were awarded a corner in the 71th minute after Hungary's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rasmus Ljungberg took the corner. The corner ended in Tomas Vacker almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Hungary's Fodor Daniel did a great save. If Simon Britz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Major Barna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Birger Påk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Dan Bolin came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Stream Sponsoren fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dan Bolin couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Birger Påk in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Simon Britz in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fodor Daniel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Viggo Forsberg's late challenge caught a Hungary's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Viggo Forsberg helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Hungary booed when Stream Sponsoren was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Viggo Forsberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 95 played minutes Stream Sponsoren got a freekick which was hit by Per-Arne Ström. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Stream Sponsoren were victorious despite being under pressure from Hungary for much of the match.
