After having played for 23 minutes, Guido Maria managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nueva Bodega's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guido Maria was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Malte Schiele during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 24th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Malte Schiele to maneuver through the defense. In the 25th minute, Guido Maria made a precise shot to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. In the 32nd minute Germany were awarded a corner. Frank Sachs went to the cornerflag to take it. Germany's Frank Sachs was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jose Sidoro in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Frank Sachs scored 3-1 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jose Sidoro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Nueva Bodega's Celedonio Ortle got a free kick in the 37th minute. Chris Mergenthaler kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Guido Maria came free with the goalkeeper in the 44th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Tommy Kahn could save by the left post. Tommy Kahn was a little too slow when Szabolcs Erdei got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 45th minute. The score was now 4-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Frank Sachs stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Germany defense, Guido Maria kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. The Germany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Kahn should have stopped the shot. In the 58thth minute of the game Guido Maria who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Germany's Tommy Kahn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godfredo Regis in the 60th minute of play. Adrian Dreifuss hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Godfredo Regis, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guido Maria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Silvio George fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nueva Bodega's protests and gave Silvio George a yellow card for diving instead. Nueva Bodega made a substitution. Javier Orlin replaced Bruno Matro. In the 78th minute, one of Nueva Bodega:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Nueva Bodega. The goalkeeper, Jose Sidoro, was totally fooled by Germany's Frank Sachs, who 82 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ambrosio Ignazio in the 88th minute of play. 7-2 became the score in the 88th minute when Ambrosio Ignazio elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 93rd minute, Ambrosio Ignazio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 97 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Ambrosio Ignazio came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 99th minute there was a penalty for Nueva Bodega. Szabolcs Erdei stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Tommy Kahn. 8-2.
