Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Maxim Urderean got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maxim Urderean in the 5th minute of play forced Belgium's goalkeeper Casper Claes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 9 minutes into the match, Edward Vanderstraeten notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Carpathian Wolves's Olimpiu Hârlău. Olimpiu Hârlău was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 16th minute, Edward Vanderstraeten ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Olimpiu Hârlău was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Casper Claes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yu Feng Xi, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Olimpiu Hârlău showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 29th minute of the match. In the 34th minute, Carpathian Wolves's Yu Feng Xi dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. 38 minutes into the match, Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Olimpiu Hârlău narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Carpathian Wolves's goalie prevented a goal. In the 46th minute, Edward Vanderstraeten ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Olimpiu Hârlău was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edward Vanderstraeten made a kick off. Casper Claes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maxim Urderean in the 57th minute of play. After 58 played minutes Belgium got a freekick which was hit by Nigel Devos. In the 59th minute, Mugur Timofte got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Belgium's Casper Claes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yu Feng Xi in the 62nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Edward Vanderstraeten managed to get in a good position for a shot. Belgium's supporters rose to their feet, but Edward Vanderstraeten was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Olimpiu Hârlău breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 69th minute Timo Thorstein shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casper Claes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yves Dervaux in the 71st minute of play forced Carpathian Wolves's goalkeeper Olimpiu Hârlău to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 73 minutes into the match, Maxim Urderean had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Casper Claes. Belgium's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Maxim Urderean was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. Casper Claes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yu Feng Xi, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. In the 82nd minute Maxim Urderean shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casper Claes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 84th minute, Valentin Ciulei hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 86 minutes into the match, Edward Vanderstraeten dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Olimpiu Hârlău, 2-4. In the 95th match minute, Belgium was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sander Dermaut to maneuver through the defense. Casper Claes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Timo Thorstein's shot from short distance in the 97th minute. The audience was convinced that Timo Thorstein's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Casper Claes was relentless in the 97th minute of the game. Belgium's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
