Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Outback Fc's Herman Stålberg started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gustaaf Groeneveldt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 2nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Wim Wilmes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jâninho Potiguar having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wim Wilmes in the 8th minute of play forced Outback Fc's goalkeeper Jâninho Potiguar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wim Wilmes in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jâninho Potiguar saved Outback Fc from getting behind. Wim Wilmes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Jâninho Potiguar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 12 minutes into the game, Herman Stålberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Arnout Reekers was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jâninho Potiguar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 15th minute of the match. Wim Wilmes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jâninho Potiguar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. After 25 minutes Outback Fc's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gijsbert ter Kruimer who took care of the corner kick. Gijsbert ter Kruimer made a great header on Netherlands's corner, it was just that Outback Fc's Jâninho Potiguar managed to reach the ball for a save. After 26 played minutes Outback Fc got a freekick which was hit by Feliberto Berart. 27 minutes into the game, Gustaaf Groeneveldt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Jâninho Potiguar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Wim Wilmes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jâninho Potiguar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Feliberto Berart could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Arnout Reekers made a huge save. Jâninho Potiguar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wim Wilmes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Netherlands from getting a goal against them. In the 45th match minute, Outback Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bennvar Beard to maneuver through the defense. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gijsbert ter Kruimer to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Herman Stålberg in the 53rd minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 55th minute Outback Fc were awarded a corner. Troels Gutgesel went to the cornerflag to take it. Outback Fc's Troels Gutgesel was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Arnout Reekers in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 56th minute of the match, Gustaaf Groeneveldt got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jâninho Potiguar was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After some careless play in the Outback Fc defense, Gijsbert ter Kruimer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jâninho Potiguar. The Outback Fc fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jâninho Potiguar should have stopped the shot. If Gijsbert ter Kruimer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 67th minute Bennvar Beard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Netherlands's Bas Tuitert got a free kick in the 69th minute. Wim Wilmes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jâninho Potiguar having to interfere. In the 74th minute Outback Fc were awarded a corner. Troels Gutgesel went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Outback Fc's corner Troels Gutgesel fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Arnout Reekers quite easily take care of the ball. Wim Wilmes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gijsbert ter Kruimer scored 1-3 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jâninho Potiguar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 82 minutes into the match, Outback Fc's goalkeeper Jâninho Potiguar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt. Wim Wilmes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jâninho Potiguar having to interfere. Outback Fc's Jâninho Potiguar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wim Wilmes in the 86th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Gijsbert ter Kruimer took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Jâninho Potiguar to make any attempt to save it. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feliberto Berart in the 91st minute of play. Jâninho Potiguar made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Wim Wilmes sent off a good shot on target. In the 95th minute, Netherlands's Wim Wilmes dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-5.
