After a rather tough play, Devoto club social's Cleto Ruisko got a free kick in the 21st minute. The long shot by Cosme Justin in the 22nd minute really tested German Indalecio's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Albiceleste F.C.'s zone, Zacarias Qwinton stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Clemente Artizar came out of the goal and Zacarias Qwinton tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 28 played minutes Albiceleste F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Froilan Soter. 30 minutes into the match, Albiceleste F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Alfonso Quinito came free, but Clemente Artizar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Devoto club social's goalkeeper German Indalecio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomás Avellaneda. Joel Mambru could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but German Indalecio made a huge save. In the 38th match minute, Albiceleste F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomás Avellaneda to maneuver through the defense. When Reynaldo Maria was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 40 minutes had been played. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Devoto club social had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
