The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Through an outstanding action, after 7 minutes, Pelle Möllgren successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Ströms Diamonds's Pelle Möllgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcus Paes in the 9th minute of play. 10 minutes into the game, Chico de Sousa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Pelle Möllgren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Pelle Möllgren made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Marcus Paes sent off a good shot on target. Through an outstanding action, after 23 minutes, Pelle Möllgren successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcus Paes got free with Pelle Möllgren in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Ströms Diamonds's Pelle Möllgren got control of the ball when Jerome Rohrer tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ströms Diamonds's attentive Kenny Lagerberg managed to snatch the ball when Vítor Lenzi made a throw-in in the 28th minute of the game. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Jovens Democratas MZC's goalkeeper Dalmo Saldanha, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ströms Diamonds's Pelle Möllgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vítor Lenzi in the 31st minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 45 minutes, Pelle Möllgren successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Pelle Möllgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonardo Guerra in the 46th minute of the match. Kenny Lagerberg kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Instead of passing the ball, Leonardo Guerra made a really hard long shot towards goal. Ströms Diamonds's Pelle Möllgren realized he got lucky when he saw the ball passing the outside of the left post. Per-Oskar Lund hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Ströms Diamonds defense, Vítor Lenzi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pelle Möllgren. The Ströms Diamonds fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pelle Möllgren should have stopped the shot. Jovens Democratas MZC made a substitution. Dobromir Zagrodny replaced Jerome Rohrer. Jovens Democratas MZC's Duda Amorim was substituted for Chico de Sousa. After a defensive mix-up in Ströms Diamonds's zone, Leonardo Guerra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pelle Möllgren came out of the goal and Leonardo Guerra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vítor Lenzi succeeded in the game's 76th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 5-0. Marcus Paes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Jovens Democratas MZC's Vítor Lenzi in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ströms Diamonds's goalie prevented a goal. In the 88th minute Marcus Paes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pelle Möllgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vítor Lenzi in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pelle Möllgren saved Ströms Diamonds from getting behind. Pelle Möllgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcus Paes in the 96th minute of the match.
