The tension between the SJÖARED and the Ströms Diamonds players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 12th match minute, SJÖARED was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Theo Stovall to maneuver through the defense. Pelle Möllgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tim Hellbom, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vidar Lang in the 19th minute of play forced Ströms Diamonds's goalkeeper Pelle Möllgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Aaron Zander fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ströms Diamonds's protests and gave Aaron Zander a yellow card for diving instead. Aaron Zander hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Pelle Möllgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gunnar Hellström in the 23rd minute of the match. Pelle Möllgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vidar Lang, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. SJÖARED's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tim Hellbom in the 27th minute. A well done corner resulted in Helge Gustafsson drilling the ball in to score 0-1 behind Ströms Diamonds's goalkeeper. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vidar Lang in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pelle Möllgren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Adrian Springfält showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oscar Igelström in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 39th minute Vidar Lang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pelle Möllgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pelle Möllgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 董云夕 in the 40th minute of play. Pelle Möllgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vilhelm Lidman, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. In the 44th minute SJÖARED were awarded a corner. Tim Hellbom went to the cornerflag to take it. Pelle Möllgren came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by SJÖARED's Vidar Lang. But to his dismay, Vidar Lang quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The Ströms Diamonds players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. SJÖARED were winning 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Oscar Igelström to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Vidar Lang's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pelle Möllgren was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. After some careless play in the Ströms Diamonds defense, Gunnar Hellström kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pelle Möllgren. The Ströms Diamonds fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pelle Möllgren should have stopped the shot. During the 91st minute of the match Theo Stovall completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Theo Stovall a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Ströms Diamonds made a substitution. Olle Haegg replaced Kenny Lagerberg. In the 95th match minute, Ströms Diamonds was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oscar Igelström to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle sounded SJÖARED left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Ströms Diamonds.
