Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Alstra IF's Jan-Åke Nyman started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 2 played minutes Alstra IF got a freekick which was hit by Jan-Åke Nyman. In the 6th minute, Villiam Benett hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Germany's zone, Leif Hallgren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal and Leif Hallgren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tommy Kahn was a little too slow when Jan-Åke Nyman got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 11th minute. The score was now 1-0. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan-Åke Nyman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eriberto dos Santos in the 18th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Germany's Willy Stieler got a free kick in the 27th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arne Wahlnäs got free with Tommy Kahn in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Arne Wahlnäs received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tommy Kahn came out and tried to block the shot, but Arne Wahlnäs slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 28th minute. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eriberto dos Santos, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. 45 minutes into the match, Frank Sachs notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Alstra IF's Candido Bero. Candido Bero was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

In the 52nd minute Germany were awarded a corner. Frank Sachs went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Germany's corner Frank Sachs fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Candido Bero quite easily take care of the ball. After having played for 55 minutes, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Germany's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frank Sachs was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpected shot in the 58th minute by Albin Holweck got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After 60 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Chris Mergenthaler. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eriberto dos Santos in the 64th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elias Håkansson charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elias Håkansson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Alstra IF getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Elias Håkansson hit a great ball. Frank Sachs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Aleksander Abrahamsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tommy Kahn. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aleksander Abrahamsson ran back to his position shaking his head. Eriberto dos Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. Elias Håkansson kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Candido Bero was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Frank Sachs showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-3 in the 85 minute of play. 93 minutes into the game, Osar Fisk cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-3. Tommy Kahn was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
