Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Toni Mauzer started the match with the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arsen Kobiashvili got free with Ilija Skugor in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ilija Skugor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bidzina Sulakvidze in the 7th minute of play. 9 minutes into the game, Arsen Kobiashvili recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ilija Skugor. Arsen Kobiashvili showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Ilija Skugor made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Arsen Kobiashvili sent off a good shot on target. Mark Ee showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damir Pongrac in the 17th minute of the match. After 18 minutes of play, Croatia's Dinko Stankovic made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mark Ee was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 21st match minute, Croatia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benjamin Domazet to maneuver through the defense. Ilija Skugor made an important save on a dangerous shot by Valeri Levidze in the 34th minute. Bidzina Sulakvidze's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ilija Skugor read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. Dinko Stankovic recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ilija Skugor was a little too slow when Arsen Kobiashvili got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 42nd minute. The score was now 2-2. Croatia's Ilija Skugor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sabir Pulishvili in the 46th minute of play. 48 minutes into the match, Arsen Kobiashvili had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ilija Skugor. Croatia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arsen Kobiashvili was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-2 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arsen Kobiashvili to make the kick off. Arsen Kobiashvili struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Ilija Skugor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Georgian F.C.. Ilija Skugor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bidzina Sulakvidze, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Croatia's Ilija Skugor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bidzina Sulakvidze in the 59th minute of play. Dinko Stankovic kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. 63 minutes into the match, Croatia's goal looked a bit too open when Bidzina Sulakvidze came free, but Ilija Skugor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Toni Mauzer in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mark Ee saved Georgian F.C. from getting behind. In the 68th minute, Arsen Kobiashvili ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ilija Skugor was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. After 71 played minutes Georgian F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Valeri Levidze. 73 minutes into the match, Georgian F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Toni Mauzer came free, but Mark Ee reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mindia Paghava charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mindia Paghava the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. If Toni Mauzer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ilija Skugor didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Valeri Levidze went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-2 was the resulting score. Ilija Skugor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arsen Kobiashvili in the 88th minute of the match. In the 89th minute Bidzina Sulakvidze shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ilija Skugor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benjamin Domazet hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Ilija Skugor came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Georgian F.C.'s Bidzina Sulakvidze. But to his dismay, Bidzina Sulakvidze quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-2. Ilija Skugor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arsen Kobiashvili in the 98th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Georgian F.C. had played much better football throughout.
