Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Steven Chaptal got the match started through his kick off. Frank Peletier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Aden Couzens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Maxime Durand made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ovidio Etxekopar in the 11th minute. In the 11th minute, Robert Chapuis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 15 minutes into the match, France's Frank Peletier sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aden Couzens narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Maxime Durand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Steven Chaptal in the 19th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Peletier in the 23rd minute of play forced Elderslie Magpies's goalkeeper Aden Couzens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Corbett Alonso came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Elderslie Magpies fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Corbett Alonso couldn't finish the play. Frank Peletier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aden Couzens having to interfere. In the last second Maxime Durand throw himself and got hold of the ball when Steven Chaptal in the 34thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. After taking down the ball on Elderslie Magpies's corner Arty Behla fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Maxime Durand quite easily take care of the ball. Aden Couzens came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by France's Camille Baume. But to his dismay, Camille Baume quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The audience was convinced that Steven Chaptal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maxime Durand was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. Maxime Durand made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Ovidio Etxekopar sent off a good shot on target. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Frank Peletier got free with Aden Couzens in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ovidio Etxekopar's late challenge caught a France's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ovidio Etxekopar helped the player get up and apologised. After 55 played minutes Elderslie Magpies got a freekick which was hit by Ovidio Etxekopar. Aden Couzens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Peletier in the 58th minute of the match. Elderslie Magpies's Aden Couzens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Camille Baume in the 65th minute of play. Neal Weatherby sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ovidio Etxekopar in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maxime Durand prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Camille Baume fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aden Couzens having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Steven Chaptal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maxime Durand was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. 78 minutes had been played when some careless play by France's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Arty Behla was slow to take the kick. During this time Elderslie Magpies's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Elderslie Magpies's Arty Behla to fire away a dangerous shot which Maxime Durand despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Corbett Alonso kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. In the 84th match minute, Elderslie Magpies was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arty Behla to maneuver through the defense. Elderslie Magpies's Aden Couzens proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Elderslie Magpies from getting a goal against them. In the 92nd minute of the match, Frank Peletier got a very nice opportunity to score, but Aden Couzens was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Camille Baume struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Aden Couzens didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for France. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. France had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
