Aydın Mehmet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 11 minutes, Cazimir Encica mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Montana and the Hungary players grew even worse after the yellow card. Cazimir Encica kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Aydın Mehmet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aydın Mehmet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. FC Montana's Aydın Mehmet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Valentin in the 15th minute of play. After 17 played minutes FC Montana got a freekick which was hit by Bülent Ulunay. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Aurre in the 19th minute of play. FC Montana's Aydın Mehmet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Valentin in the 20th minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, FC Montana's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Aydın Mehmet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, FC Montana's Rabia Ünal got a free kick in the 25th minute. In the 33rd minute, Patricio Aurre got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 40 minutes into the match, FC Montana's Patricio Aurre sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fodor Daniel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Katona Janos kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Patricio Aurre made the kick off in the second half. Aydın Mehmet made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antal Valentin in the 55th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Balazs Lajos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Balazs Lajos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aydın Mehmet breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aydın Mehmet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Takacs Tibor in the 59th minute of play. After some careless play in the Hungary defense, Patricio Aurre kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fodor Daniel. The Hungary fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fodor Daniel should have stopped the shot. FC Montana's Ahmet Seyfi Serdinç was substituted for Rabia Ünal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Aydın Mehmet in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hasan Ali Karaman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fodor Daniel having to make a save. 72 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Hasan Ali Karaman came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Hungary defense, Hasan Ali Karaman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fodor Daniel. The Hungary fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fodor Daniel should have stopped the shot. If Hasan Ali Karaman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hasan Ali Karaman in the 82nd minute of play. 88 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Hasan Ali Karaman came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 92 minutes, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antal Valentin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bülent Ulunay charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bülent Ulunay the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Hungary booed when FC Montana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bülent Ulunay didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew the final whistle, FC Montana could leave the field as winners, despite Hungary having more of the ball for most of the match.
