Antal Valentin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Garibaldo Quijana made a huge save. The throw-in from Bakos Endre in the 53rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Fillos de Breogán's Yağızalp Ulaş. In the 56th minute, Antal Valentin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hungary fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Bakos Endre hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gelacio Campomanes in the 65th minute of play. Major Barna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Garibaldo Quijana having to interfere. Fillos de Breogán's Calisto Abril got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Hungary getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Balazs Lajos hit a great ball. In the 81st match minute, Fillos de Breogán was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lope Herrero to maneuver through the defense. When Takacs Tibor fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hungary's protests and gave Takacs Tibor a yellow card for diving instead. In the 83rd minute, Takacs Tibor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Antal Valentin kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Calisto Abril fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fodor Daniel having to interfere. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Fillos de Breogán booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boros Benedek didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 95th minute, Gelacio Campomanes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle sounded Hungary left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Fillos de Breogán.
