Clemente Artizar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfonso Mauro, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. After 6 played minutes Albiceleste F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Timoteo Nofre. In the 7th minute of the match Concetto Barberio sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Clemente Artizar skillfully saved the ball. In the 8th minute Dennis Termander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clemente Artizar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Clemente Artizar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sílvio Piola in the 10th minute of play. After 11 minutes of play, SSC Special Eleven's Dennis Termander made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Clemente Artizar was left in no man's land by his defense there! Froilan Soter kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Clemente Artizar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sílvio Piola in the 19th minute of play. Damian Ştiopul made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomás Avellaneda in the 20th minute. Bruno Andreoli took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Clemente Artizar. Clemente Artizar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 28th minute Dennis Termander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clemente Artizar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Albiceleste F.C.'s Clemente Artizar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfonso Mauro in the 30th minute of play. The supporters of SSC Special Eleven booed when Albiceleste F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reynaldo Maria didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Albiceleste F.C. defense, Dennis Termander kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Clemente Artizar. The Albiceleste F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Clemente Artizar should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sílvio Piola in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Clemente Artizar saved Albiceleste F.C. from getting behind. When Tomás Avellaneda came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Albiceleste F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomás Avellaneda couldn't finish the play. In the 40th minute Dennis Termander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clemente Artizar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Reynaldo Maria kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Alfonso Mauro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. SSC Special Eleven's supporters rose to their feet, but Concetto Barberio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Clemente Artizar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomás Avellaneda made a kick off. Sílvio Piola came free with the goalkeeper in the 52nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Clemente Artizar could save by the left post. 53 minutes into the game, Reynaldo Maria was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Albiceleste F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SSC Special Eleven the free kick. Sílvio Piola received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Clemente Artizar came out and tried to block the shot, but Sílvio Piola slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 54th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sílvio Piola got free with Clemente Artizar in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Clemente Artizar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sílvio Piola went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. In the 67th play minute Dennis Termander came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Clemente Artizar. 0-7. Tomás Avellaneda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dennis Termander took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Clemente Artizar. Clemente Artizar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. 84 minutes into the match, Albiceleste F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Alfonso Mauro came free, but Clemente Artizar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 85th minute Dennis Termander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clemente Artizar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 89th minute, Reynaldo Maria hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 90 played minutes Albiceleste F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Froilan Soter. 91 minutes into the match, Albiceleste F.C.'s goalkeeper Clemente Artizar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sílvio Piola. 92 minutes into the match, Dennis Termander dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Clemente Artizar, 0-9. The Albiceleste F.C. fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. SSC Special Eleven were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
