Cauan Abraão kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. 11 minutes into the match, Gato Preto FC's goal looked a bit too open when Olimpiu Hortopan came free, but Chicão Peixoto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Virgil Panciu struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Chicão Peixoto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CSM ALEXANDRIA. 18 minutes into the match, CSM ALEXANDRIA's Francisc Drăgoi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Chicão Peixoto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 20th minute, Aristide Ciompec hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Dênis Alcântara managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gato Preto FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Dênis Alcântara was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Airidas Brazauskas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Francisc Drăgoi scored 1-0 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Chicão Peixoto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 24th minute, one of Gato Preto FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Gato Preto FC. After a rather tough play, CSM ALEXANDRIA's Iordache Mihuleac got a free kick in the 29th minute. Airidas Brazauskas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Henrique in the 34th minute of play. After a rather tough play, CSM ALEXANDRIA's Florin Paulică got a free kick in the 35th minute. Gato Preto FC's Chicão Peixoto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Virgil Panciu in the 38th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Abel Moreira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, CSM ALEXANDRIA's Aristide Ciompec got a free kick in the 41st minute. Francisc Drăgoi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Chicão Peixoto made a huge save. Chicão Peixoto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Virgil Panciu in the 43rd minute of play. Francisc Drăgoi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Chicão Peixoto having to make a save. CSM ALEXANDRIA's Virgil Panciu got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

A collision led to CSM ALEXANDRIA getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Mihnea Harnagea hit a great ball. In the 53rd minute, Mihnea Harnagea fired away a hard free kick towards the goal. Chicão Peixoto moved to his left, but didn't have to make a save as the ball went out of bounds. In the 58th match minute, Gato Preto FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anderson Carneiro to maneuver through the defense. Chicão Peixoto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olimpiu Hortopan in the 60th minute of play. After 62 minutes of play, CSM ALEXANDRIA's Francisc Drăgoi made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Chicão Peixoto was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Bruno Henrique managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gato Preto FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Bruno Henrique was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aristide Ciompec received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Chicão Peixoto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Danilo Ortiz kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Bruno Henrique's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Airidas Brazauskas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. If Iordache Mihuleac had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 83rd match minute, CSM ALEXANDRIA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olimpiu Gavra to maneuver through the defense. Chicão Peixoto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aristide Ciompec in the 86th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 93 minutes, Dênis Alcântara took a quick shot and it went in 4-1 without a chance for Airidas Brazauskas to make any attempt to save it. When the referee ended the match the CSM ALEXANDRIA players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
