In the 24th minute, Erubiel Farias got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Perivaldo Saraiva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dênis Alcântara in the 26th minute of the match. After 29 played minutes Gato Preto FC got a freekick which was hit by Danilo Ortiz. After 30 minutes of play, Arrozal FC's Fernando Moreno made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Chicão Peixoto was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bruno Henrique received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Perivaldo Saraiva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gato Preto FC's Chicão Peixoto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernando Moreno in the 54th minute of play. If Erubiel Farias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With an all-out effort, Gato Preto FC's Perivaldo Saraiva threw himself towards the right post 56 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bruno Henrique, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The corner led Gato Preto FC's Cauan Abraão to fire away a dangerous shot which Perivaldo Saraiva despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 59th minute, Fernando Moreno got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Gato Preto FC's zone, Erubiel Farias stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chicão Peixoto came out of the goal and Erubiel Farias tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Bruno Henrique had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erubiel Farias might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Chicão Peixoto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Abel Moreira's late challenge caught a Arrozal FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The corner ended in Dé da Costa almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Gato Preto FC's Chicão Peixoto did a great save. 91 minutes into the match, Arrozal FC's goalkeeper Perivaldo Saraiva had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dênis Alcântara. There was no doubt that Arrozal FC were the better team. Arrozal FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
