Chiquito Rico had several of the Albiceleste F.C.'s defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 6 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Clemente Artizar as he didn't even see the shot coming. The supporters of Monitor Huáscar booed when Albiceleste F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Blas Telo didn't get a good kick on the ball. During the 10th minute of the match Blas Telo completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Blas Telo a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 11 played minutes Albiceleste F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Blas Telo. Clemente Artizar made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Chiquito Rico sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chiquito Rico in the 17th minute of play forced Albiceleste F.C.'s goalkeeper Clemente Artizar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Clemente Artizar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chiquito Rico, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Clemente Artizar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chiquito Rico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Monitor Huáscar's attentive Jeffrey Van Craesbeeck managed to snatch the ball when Cosme Justin made a throw-in in the 23rd minute of the game. Clemente Artizar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chiquito Rico in the 26th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Albiceleste F.C. defense, Chiquito Rico kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Clemente Artizar. The Albiceleste F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Clemente Artizar should have stopped the shot. If Chiquito Rico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 29 minutes into the match, Albiceleste F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Chiquito Rico came free, but Clemente Artizar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Albiceleste F.C.'s goalkeeper Clemente Artizar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Albiceleste F.C.'s Clemente Artizar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Albiceleste F.C. from getting a goal against them. Clemente Artizar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chiquito Rico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute, Bernardinho Bala hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 41st minute, Chiquito Rico got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Albiceleste F.C. were furious when Maximiliano Quilino was red carded, 45 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 44th minute, one of Albiceleste F.C.:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Albiceleste F.C.. The goalkeeper, Clemente Artizar, was totally fooled by Monitor Huáscar's Chiquito Rico, who 46 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Monitor Huáscar made a substitution. Milian Lopez replaced Johnny Nyström. Monitor Huáscar made a substitution. Constantino Carabajo replaced Bernardinho Bala. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Chiquito Rico to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chiquito Rico in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Clemente Artizar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 55thth minute of the game Chiquito Rico who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Albiceleste F.C.'s Clemente Artizar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 56th minute Monitor Huáscar were awarded a corner. Paulo Fallabes went to the cornerflag to take it. Chiquito Rico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Clemente Artizar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chiquito Rico took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Clemente Artizar. Clemente Artizar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Clemente Artizar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chiquito Rico in the 69th minute of play. After some careless play in the Albiceleste F.C. defense, Chiquito Rico kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Clemente Artizar. The Albiceleste F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Clemente Artizar should have stopped the shot. In the 80thth minute of the game Chiquito Rico who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Albiceleste F.C.'s Clemente Artizar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Chiquito Rico struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Clemente Artizar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Monitor Huáscar. After a rather tough play, Albiceleste F.C.'s Joel Mambru got a free kick in the 87th minute. Paulo Fallabes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Albiceleste F.C. getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Bruno Mon hit a great ball. When the referee ended the match the Monitor Huáscar players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
