Through an outstanding action, after 24 minutes, Tommy Kahn successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The crowd rose to their feet as Lion FC's Hızır Dilazad slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tommy Kahn. That made the score 2-0 after 27 minutes of play. Germany's Albin Holweck got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A sloppy throw-in by İbrahim Türker in the 47th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Germany's Adrian Dreifuss. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After 87 minutes of play, Lion FC's Hızır Dilazad made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tommy Kahn was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hızır Dilazad in the 96th minute of play. There was no doubt that Lion FC were the better team. Lion FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
