Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Vitko Kozlov made the kick off and thus started the match. SvE United's Vitko Kozlov got a good chance for a goal in the 2nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Germany booed when SvE United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Spiro Mutashki didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 8th play minute Hristo Stoichkov came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Tommy Kahn. 1-0. In the 12th minute, Frank Sachs left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Germany fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hristo Stoichkov in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind. Hristo Stoichkov spun around in front of the goal 17 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Germany's goal. 2-1 became the score in the 20th minute when Vitko Kozlov elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 24th minute of the match, Vitko Kozlov tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Tommy Kahn saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Thanks to some nice moves Hristo Stoichkov could shoot a difficult shot in the 29th minute, which Tommy Kahn however easily saved by the left post. After 30 minutes Germany's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jonny Kleen who took care of the corner kick. Willy Stieler thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Tommy Kahn, a very annoying self made goal in the 30th minute which led to 3-1. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonny Kleen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Germany's Ulrich Stein got a free kick in the 38th minute. Frank Sachs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vitko Kozlov in the 45th minute of play. Vitko Kozlov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tommy Kahn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Tzvetoslav Desov made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Frank Sachs sent off a good shot on target. In the 54th match minute, SvE United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rigoberto Deunoro to maneuver through the defense. Germany were furious when Chris Mergenthaler was red carded, 57 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hristo Stoichkov in the 62nd minute of the match. The supporters of SvE United booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Malte Schiele didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 67th minute, Albin Holweck got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 69 minutes, Hristo Stoichkov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SvE United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hristo Stoichkov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Germany's attentive Albin Holweck managed to snatch the ball when Nasko Shatov made a throw-in in the 73rd minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in SvE United's zone, Ulrich Stein stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tzvetoslav Desov came out of the goal and Ulrich Stein tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 85 played minutes SvE United got a freekick which was hit by Horymír Adámek. 94 minutes into the match, Hristo Stoichkov notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Germany's Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. For all the effort they put into the match, the Germany players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for SvE United.
