Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Chris Nygaard kicked off to start the match. Keld Paulsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Poncio Zalaeta in the 4th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Erlantz Gainzarain in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Keld Paulsen saved Denmark from getting behind. The throw-in from Reno Villarino in the 9th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Denmark's Bertram Svenningsen. Poncio Zalaeta kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Denmark's Simon Bendtsen managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Reno Villarino in the 13 minute of the game. With his leg Keld Paulsen managed to avoid a goal in the 14thth minute, when Birra Bizarra's Erlantz Gainzarain fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Keld Paulsen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cyryl Gomolka's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. Poncio Zalaeta took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Keld Paulsen. Keld Paulsen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Denmark's Olav Graversen managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Reno Villarino in the 37 minute of the game. In the 37th minute, Chris Nygaard ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Astigar Lampez was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Erlantz Gainzarain fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Keld Paulsen having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chris Nygaard in the 47th minute of play forced Birra Bizarra's goalkeeper Astigar Lampez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Erlantz Gainzarain stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Keld Paulsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erlantz Gainzarain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Reno Villarino made in the 58th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Denmark's Simon Bendtsen. Marciano Aeta might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Keld Paulsen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marciano Aeta ran back to his position shaking his head. Denmark's Keld Paulsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cyryl Gomolka in the 62nd minute of play. Marciano Aeta hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Keld Paulsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Poncio Zalaeta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 73rd minute of the match, Chris Nygaard tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Astigar Lampez saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Keld Paulsen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marciano Aeta, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. After 77 played minutes Birra Bizarra got a freekick which was hit by Reno Villarino. 81 minutes into the match, Chris Nygaard had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Astigar Lampez. Birra Bizarra's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Chris Nygaard was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. In the 84th minute, Simon Bendtsen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Birra Bizarra booed when Denmark was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bjarne Kirkegaard didn't get a good kick on the ball. Keld Paulsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beltza Feyjo in the 86th minute of the match. If Bertram Svenningsen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88th match minute, Birra Bizarra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ambrosio Barrillos to maneuver through the defense. Keld Paulsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Poncio Zalaeta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Denmark's Simon Bendtsen quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Reno Villarino, made in the 94th minute of the game. The throw-in from Reno Villarino in the 95th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Denmark's Olav Graversen. Chris Nygaard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Denmark eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
