Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sergiu Corcoveanu started the match with the kick off. After 9 minutes of play, Armata 2003 Cluj-Napoca's Valeriu Cosariu made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vavrinec Holub was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 12th minute Alan Rezek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilian Pora saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emilian Lera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Alan Rezek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 20 minutes, Denis Dostal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Czech Republic's supporters crossed their fingers, but Denis Dostal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 21 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Czech Republic! Emilian Pora showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alan Rezek in the 30th minute of the match. In the 33rd minute, one of Armata 2003 Cluj-Napoca:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Armata 2003 Cluj-Napoca. Emilian Pora had in the 34thth minute some difficulties stopping Erik Jilek's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 34 minutes into the match, Erik Jilek notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Armata 2003 Cluj-Napoca's Emilian Pora. Emilian Pora was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Emilian Pora showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Denis Dostal in the 38th minute of the match. David Rusil kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. In the 40th match minute, Armata 2003 Cluj-Napoca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Radu Chihaia to maneuver through the defense. Sergiu Corcoveanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Armata 2003 Cluj-Napoca booed when Czech Republic was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kvetoslav Janku didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Denis Dostal to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Armata 2003 Cluj-Napoca's zone, Alan Rezek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emilian Pora came out of the goal and Alan Rezek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Radu Chihaia charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Radu Chihaia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Czech Republic booed when Armata 2003 Cluj-Napoca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Radu Chihaia didn't get a good kick on the ball. 71 minutes into the game, Armata 2003 Cluj-Napoca's Mugur Tremurici nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vavrinec Holub made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Emilian Lera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vavrinec Holub having to interfere. After 81 minutes, Kvetoslav Janku mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Czech Republic and the Armata 2003 Cluj-Napoca players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 81st minute, Kvetoslav Janku hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. David Rusil's late challenge caught a Armata 2003 Cluj-Napoca's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. David Rusil helped the player get up and apologised. David Rusil kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. In the 93rd minute, Sergiu Corcoveanu made a precise shot to the right of Vavrinec Holub. Czech Republic's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Armata 2003 Cluj-Napoca had played much better football throughout.
