Lars Steen charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lars Steen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 46 played minutes Denmark got a freekick which was hit by Lars Steen.

If Mikkel Wulff had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Keld Paulsen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. 89 minutes into the match, Social y Dep. Patagonia's goal looked a bit too open when Bertram Svenningsen came free, but Tobias Faro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Denmark getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Theis Winther hit a great ball. When the referee blew the final whistle, Social y Dep. Patagonia could leave the field as winners, despite Denmark having more of the ball for most of the match.
