Śląsk Bytom's Antoni Brama played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 4th minute of play. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Śląsk Bytom's goalkeeper Antoni Brama, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 8 minutes into the match, Zaccheo Andolina notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Śląsk Bytom's Antoni Brama. Antoni Brama was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Zaccheo Andolina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fevzi Baykara in the 13th minute of play forced Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antoni Brama took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zaccheo Andolina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Antoni Brama showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 26th minute of play forced Śląsk Bytom's goalkeeper Antoni Brama to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zaccheo Andolina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Antoni Brama read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. Zaccheo Andolina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Antoni Brama read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. With a little luck, Italy's Flavio Vittori got control of the ball when Ulryk Miazga tried to sneak it across the goal line. Roch Zajonc made in the 46th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Italy's Eliseo Cutri.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fevzi Baykara stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 55th minute of play forced Śląsk Bytom's goalkeeper Antoni Brama to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Carlo Monni in the 70th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Italy's Siricio Liotta. Zaccheo Andolina struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Antoni Brama didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Italy. 75 minutes into the match, Italy's Siricio Liotta sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Antoni Brama narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Carlo Rapone made in the 79th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Carlo Monni however managed to control. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zaccheo Andolina got free with Antoni Brama in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Italy made a substitution. Sansone Vanella replaced Gianpaolo Mascari. Italy's Adriano Curto was substituted for Zaccheo Andolina. A throw-in in the 82nd minute of the game was made by Carlo Monni with Ulryk Miazga as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Flavio Vittori showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulryk Miazga, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Italy's Siricio Liotta got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
