Anselmo Papo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Chris Nygaard's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Real Ale Madrid's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Orson Mulford in the 27th minute. Anselmo Papo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chris Nygaard, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. 31 minutes into the match, Denmark's goal looked a bit too open when Fernando Grealish came free, but Keld Paulsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anselmo Papo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chris Nygaard, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Zachariasz Hoffman hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Denmark. Esbjörn Fågel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Keld Paulsen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chris Nygaard came free with the goalkeeper in the 59th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Anselmo Papo could save by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Chris Nygaard got free with Anselmo Papo in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Real Ale Madrid's Esbjörn Fågel got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 65th minute, Fernando Grealish made a precise shot to the right of Keld Paulsen. Denmark's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. When Olav Graversen fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Denmark's protests and gave Olav Graversen a yellow card for diving instead. Olav Graversen hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Anselmo Papo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flemming Bendixen in the 71st minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Chris Nygaard got free with Anselmo Papo in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Real Ale Madrid's Anselmo Papo got control of the ball when Chris Nygaard tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zachariasz Hoffman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Keld Paulsen having to interfere. Real Ale Madrid's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
