Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The audience thought a goal was coming when Raimundo Espírito Santo got free with Gabriel Ascaso in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Spain's Gabriel Ascaso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raimundo Espírito Santo in the 13th minute of play. In the 15th minute Adria Bielsa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fan Xi Hong saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carter Barillari kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vicente Merino in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fan Xi Hong saved Supremacy Catania FC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raimundo Espírito Santo in the 30th minute of play forced Spain's goalkeeper Gabriel Ascaso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Omar Toledo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. David Aranda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 41st minute Adria Bielsa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fan Xi Hong saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adria Bielsa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Fan Xi Hong tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adria Bielsa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 47th minute, David Aranda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Raimundo Espírito Santo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 91st minute of the match, Sergio Ruiz tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Fan Xi Hong saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 93rd minute of the match Spain got a corner. Supremacy Catania FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jon Cubero ran over to the corner to take the kick. Despite being the better team, Spain failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
