This resulted in a 3-0 score and a disappointed Maxime Durand as he didn't even see the shot coming. Brufoss IL's Leif Opdal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Peletier in the 45th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Frank Peletier stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Frank Peletier could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Leif Opdal made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, August Bergsland put it in 5-1 from a short distance just to the right of Maxime Durand. After 89 minutes of play, Brufoss IL's August Bergsland made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maxime Durand was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Brufoss IL support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
