Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Victor Blom's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gabriel Ascaso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. After 11 minutes Spain's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Laércio Coutinho who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Laércio Coutinho got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gabriel Ascaso quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After having played for 14 minutes, Victor Blom managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sunkens Surtröjor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victor Blom was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sokol Narev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Omar Toledo, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 19th minute Spain were awarded a corner. Omar Toledo went to the cornerflag to take it. Victor Blom who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 30thth minute tested the skills of Gabriel Ascaso when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Sunkens Surtröjor's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Laércio Coutinho in the 34th minute. In the 36th minute, Sunkens Surtröjor's Victor Blom ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gabriel Ascaso. Gabriel Ascaso yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. Sunkens Surtröjor's Sten Enström was substituted for Börje Njurenius. Spain's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Omar Toledo in the 43rd minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Victor Blom struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Gabriel Ascaso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sunkens Surtröjor. Spain's Gabriel Ascaso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Blom in the 58th minute of play. Sunkens Surtröjor's Sokol Narev proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Sunkens Surtröjor from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adria Bielsa in the 69th minute of play forced Sunkens Surtröjor's goalkeeper Sokol Narev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Spain's Carles Cherro was substituted for Omar Toledo. Spain were awarded a corner in the 72th minute after Sunkens Surtröjor's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Adria Bielsa took the corner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Blom in the 76th minute of play forced Spain's goalkeeper Gabriel Ascaso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carles Cherro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Spain made a substitution. Sergio Ruiz replaced Adria Bielsa. Sokol Narev made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carles Cherro in the 84th minute. In the 96th minute, Spain's Sergio Ruiz dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. Spain were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
