Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Federigo in the 26th minute of the match. Hungary's Fodor Daniel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Hungary from getting a goal against them. Fodor Daniel made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Luís Hernandez sent off a good shot on target. 35 minutes in the game, Luís Hernandez dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Rosio having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Antal Valentin made a kick off. An unexpected shot in the 52nd minute by Antal Valentin got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After a rather tough play, Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s Adolfo Galindo got a free kick in the 53rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Hernandez in the 57th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 59 minutes Hungary's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Conrado Mouricio who took care of the corner kick. A collision led to Atletas Campesinos F.C. getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Carmelo Amato hit a great ball. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Luís Hernandez put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Fodor Daniel. Joel Federigo hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Takacs Tibor hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. 83 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Hernandez came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Paulo Rosio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Conrado Mouricio fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s protests and gave Conrado Mouricio a yellow card for diving instead. Conrado Mouricio hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. 89 minutes into the match, Hungary's Antal Valentin broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Atletas Campesinos F.C. were victorious despite being under pressure from Hungary for much of the match.
