Germany's defense didn't have a chance, in the 3rd minute, when Bruno Sayvion scored to the left of an out of position Tommy Kahn, making the score, 1-0. Bruno Sayvion sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some careless play in the Bearnaise EA defense, Frank Sachs kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Svante Björkdahl. The Bearnaise EA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Svante Björkdahl should have stopped the shot. Frank Sachs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Svante Björkdahl having to interfere. After some careless play in the Germany defense, Jan-Erik Kjellberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. The Germany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Kahn should have stopped the shot. When Carl Kielstedt came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Bearnaise EA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carl Kielstedt couldn't finish the play. Bruno Sayvion fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. In the 37th minute, Bruno Sayvion got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 39 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Dreifuss. After a rather tough play, Bearnaise EA's Carl Kielstedt got a free kick in the 42nd minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Frank Sachs to make the kick off. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Sayvion in the 57th minute of play. Bruno Sayvion sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruno Sayvion, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 60 minutes into the game, Bruno Sayvion cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Tommy Kahn was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Germany's Albin Holweck got a free kick in the 62nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Bruno Sayvion managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bearnaise EA's supporters rose to their feet, but Bruno Sayvion was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommy Kahn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 65th minute, Bruno Sayvion got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bruno Sayvion scored 6-1 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommy Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 73 minutes into the game, Bruno Sayvion cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-1. Tommy Kahn was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Bruno Sayvion blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tommy Kahn having to make a save. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruno Sayvion, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tommy Kahn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bruno Sayvion went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-1 was the resulting score. Bruno Sayvion sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Sayvion in the 83rd minute of play. If Albin Holweck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 87th minute, Bruno Sayvion got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Bearnaise EA fully deserved thier win.
