Constantino Henrico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 9th minute Constantino Henrico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tommy Kahn was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Constantino Henrico showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 12 minute of play. Germany made a substitution. Rolf Rothberg replaced Albin Holweck. In the 23rd match minute, Cacomixtles de Queretaro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Atilano Chorache to maneuver through the defense. Serafin Ugaitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rolf Rothberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 25 minutes Cacomixtles de Queretaro's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Frank Sachs who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Frank Sachs almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Cacomixtles de Queretaro's Serafin Ugaitz did a great save. After having played for 31 minutes, Rolf Rothberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Germany's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rolf Rothberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Frank Sachs recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Constantino Henrico was the one to do the kick off. Frank Sachs received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Serafin Ugaitz came out and tried to block the shot, but Frank Sachs slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 52nd minute. In the 60th minute, Germany's Frank Sachs dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. In the 71st minute, Frank Sachs reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Serafin Ugaitz. The goal made the score 2-3. Cacomixtles de Queretaro made a substitution. Severino Che replaced Hüsnü Hürsel. The corner ended in Frank Sachs almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Cacomixtles de Queretaro's Serafin Ugaitz did a great save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frank Sachs got free with Serafin Ugaitz in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 86 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Janik Vogt. Frank Sachs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Serafin Ugaitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Frank Sachs in the 95thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Serafin Ugaitz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Germany walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
