Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Chris Nygaard started the match with the kick off. Denmark's Olav Graversen quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Roger Garavito, made in the 7th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chris Nygaard in the 13th minute of play forced Metanse el Sim por culo's goalkeeper Celio Tijero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Keld Paulsen made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Victor Angosto sent off a good shot on target. After 16 minutes, Mathias Ludvigsen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Denmark and the Metanse el Sim por culo players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Denmark getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Mathias Ludvigsen hit a great ball. 17 minutes into the match, Metanse el Sim por culo's Erramu Huera broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Celio Tijero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bertram Svenningsen, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Celio Tijero came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Denmark's Chris Nygaard. But to his dismay, Chris Nygaard quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The audience was convinced that Victor Angosto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Keld Paulsen was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. Metanse el Sim por culo were awarded a corner in the 28th minute after Denmark's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Erramu Huera took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Roger Garavito heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 30th minute Chris Nygaard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celio Tijero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Denmark's Bertram Svenningsen managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Roger Garavito in the 32 minute of the game. In the 33rd minute Chris Nygaard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celio Tijero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Feliciano Cedron hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Erramu Huera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Keld Paulsen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Olav Graversen kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Victor Angosto scored 2-1 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Keld Paulsen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Victor Angosto struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Keld Paulsen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Metanse el Sim por culo. Nuno Tovilleja made in the 64th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Ivan Fidalgo however managed to control. Celio Tijero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chris Nygaard, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. After 67 played minutes Metanse el Sim por culo got a freekick which was hit by Victor Angosto. In the 72nd match minute, Denmark was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kenn Skou to maneuver through the defense. Chris Nygaard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Chris Nygaard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Artur Fonelleda kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. In the 86th minute Victor Angosto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keld Paulsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 89 minutes into the game, Ivan Fidalgo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Keld Paulsen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Victor Angosto came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Metanse el Sim por culo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victor Angosto couldn't finish the play. In the 95th match minute, Denmark was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simon Bendtsen to maneuver through the defense.
