Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lander Alejo in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnout Reekers prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 58th minute of the match, Gijsbert ter Kruimer tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ján Oblak saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 59 minutes into the match, Parque Arrau FC's goal looked a bit too open when David Eikelkamp came free, but Ján Oblak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Netherlands's Gustaaf Groeneveldt got a free kick in the 64th minute. Egbert Nijveldt's late challenge caught a Parque Arrau FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Egbert Nijveldt helped the player get up and apologised. Egbert Nijveldt kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. When Vasco Cuevas came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Parque Arrau FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vasco Cuevas couldn't finish the play. David Eikelkamp kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. 70 minutes into the game, Parque Arrau FC's Lander Alejo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arnout Reekers made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Many of Netherlands's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Netherlands may have spent more time on the ball, but Parque Arrau FC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
