With an extended leg and a bit of luck 俞锋烽 prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 18 minutes into the match, NEWELL´S OLD BOYS's goal looked a bit too open when Kyle Cox came free, but 俞锋烽 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kyle Cox received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. 俞锋烽 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Conrado Lluciano's late challenge caught a England's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Conrado Lluciano helped the player get up and apologised. After 28 played minutes NEWELL´S OLD BOYS got a freekick which was hit by Conrado Lluciano. NEWELL´S OLD BOYS's 俞锋烽 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kyle Cox in the 28th minute of play. If Kyle Cox had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Khalid Kennedy made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Conrado Lluciano sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Conrado Lluciano got free with Khalid Kennedy in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to NEWELL´S OLD BOYS getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Hermengildo Cordeara hit a great ball. 38 minutes into the game, Hermengildo Cordeara recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Khalid Kennedy. Hermengildo Cordeara showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. NEWELL´S OLD BOYS's Robustiano Crispo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Quinn Holmes in the 40 minute of the game. If Kyle Cox had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Kyle Cox fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 俞锋烽 having to interfere. In the 60th minute, Robustiano Crispo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kyle Cox in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck 俞锋烽 prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kyle Cox's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 俞锋烽 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. After 73 played minutes England got a freekick which was hit by Quinn Holmes. England's Khalid Kennedy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Conrado Lluciano in the 79th minute of play. Quinn Holmes made in the 82nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Caelan Hayes. A collision led to England getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Quinn Holmes hit a great ball. If Kyle Cox had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88th minute, Conrado Lluciano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Khalid Kennedy was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. When the referee blew the final whistle, NEWELL´S OLD BOYS could leave the field as winners, despite England having more of the ball for most of the match.
