In the 4th minute, Elizabeth Three Lions FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Lucas Navarro fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Lucas Navarro scored 1-0 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arne Söderberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. ForestFire's Shaki Conn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cvetin Luković in the 14th minute of play. ForestFire's Lucas Navarro got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 18 minutes into the match, ForestFire's goal looked a bit too open when Richard Scholten came free, but Shaki Conn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th minute, Richard Butler got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Elizabeth Three Lions FC's Arne Söderberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucas Navarro in the 20th minute of play. With a little luck, Elizabeth Three Lions FC's Arne Söderberg got control of the ball when Lucas Navarro tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 23rdth minute of the game Lucas Navarro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Elizabeth Three Lions FC's Arne Söderberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Lucas Navarro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cvetin Luković in the 26th minute of play forced ForestFire's goalkeeper Shaki Conn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th minute Cvetin Luković shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Shaki Conn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 27 played minutes ForestFire got a freekick which was hit by Jose Hoyt. When Michail Antonio came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Elizabeth Three Lions FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Michail Antonio couldn't finish the play. In the 31st minute, Jose Hoyt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arne Söderberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lucas Navarro's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. The audience was convinced that Lucas Navarro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arne Söderberg was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. ForestFire's Shaki Conn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cvetin Luković in the 35th minute of play. Lucas Navarro was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 43rd minute. ForestFire's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Richard Scholten to strike the kick off in the second half. When ForestFire's Lucas Navarro in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Navarro in the 70th minute of play forced Elizabeth Three Lions FC's goalkeeper Arne Söderberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucas Navarro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arne Söderberg having to interfere. After taking down the ball on Elizabeth Three Lions FC's corner Ed Moore fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Shaki Conn quite easily take care of the ball. 85 minutes into the match, Richard Scholten notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of ForestFire's Shaki Conn. Shaki Conn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Elizabeth Three Lions FC's Arne Söderberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jose Hoyt in the 88th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tracy Shah in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arne Söderberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 89th minute of the match, Cvetin Luković tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Shaki Conn saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Tracy Shah hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Richard Butler kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. In the 94th minute Tracy Shah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arne Söderberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 96 minutes into the match, ForestFire's goal looked a bit too open when Richard Scholten came free, but Shaki Conn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Michail Antonio got free with Shaki Conn in the 99th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Elizabeth Three Lions FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
