Team Pogba's Humberto Vidal quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Davie McWhirter, made in the 2nd minute of the game. With a little luck, Gavião Kyikatejê's Sitthachat Jampeehom got control of the ball when Sander Roeles tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Gavião Kyikatejê getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Davie McWhirter hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Miguel Zuasnabar in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Piers Harris prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Team Pogba getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Piers Giles hit a great ball. After 22 played minutes, Gavião Kyikatejê's Deilmison Davids shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Piers Harris came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Gavião Kyikatejê reached it. 30 minutes into the match, Miguel Zuasnabar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Piers Harris. Team Pogba's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Miguel Zuasnabar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. If Sander Roeles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 47th minute of the game. One of Team Pogba:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Gavião Kyikatejê:s goal. Deilmison Davids shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Miguel Zuasnabar to make the kick off. Sitthachat Jampeehom didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sander Roeles went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Team Pogba's Máximo Čapo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Davie McWhirter in the 66 minute of the game. If Alfred Orling had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Team Pogba's Casey Gough was substituted for Andre Ridgeway. The audience thought a goal was coming when Miguel Zuasnabar got free with Piers Harris in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Miguel Zuasnabar in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Piers Harris prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 81st minute, Gavião Kyikatejê's Miguel Zuasnabar ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Piers Harris. Piers Harris yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Miguel Zuasnabar succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-3 in the 84th playminute. Piers Harris showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Archie Brodie in the 88th minute of the match. Piers Harris made an important save on a dangerous shot by Miguel Zuasnabar in the 90th minute. Máximo Čapo scored 2-3 in the 97th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sitthachat Jampeehom, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the final whistle sounded Gavião Kyikatejê left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Team Pogba.
