Khalid Kennedy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aníbal Marinho in the 34th minute of the match. England's Khalid Kennedy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gudesteo Paredes in the 36th minute of play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aníbal Marinho to make the kick off. Khalid Kennedy was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 84th minute, Ioan Zărnescu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Khalid Kennedy was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0.
