Spectators: 51 (Terracing: 39, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Zaccheo Andolina took the kick off in the first half of the match. The audience was convinced that Zaccheo Andolina's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bennvar Noobel was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. Bennvar Noobel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 5th minute of the match. Flavio Vittori made an important save on a dangerous shot by Samuel Griffin in the 7th minute. Italy's Flavio Vittori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Song Wei Yun in the 12th minute of play. Bennvar Noobel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 19th minute of the match. 22 minutes into the match, Seraċini Għawdxin's goal looked a bit too open when Siricio Liotta came free, but Bennvar Noobel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Flavio Vittori made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Song Wei Yun in the 24th minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Song Wei Yun. Italy's Flavio Vittori proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Italy from getting a goal against them. 35 minutes into the match, Seraċini Għawdxin's goal looked a bit too open when Zaccheo Andolina came free, but Bennvar Noobel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fernando Negro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Flavio Vittori tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Flavio Vittori made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adam Jansson in the 45th minute of play. After 46 minutes of play, Seraċini Għawdxin's Samuel Griffin made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Flavio Vittori was left in no man's land by his defense there! The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Song Wei Yun stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Italy's Siricio Liotta quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Miguel Caruana, made in the 51st minute of the game. Seraċini Għawdxin's Bennvar Noobel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sigfrido Auletta in the 52nd minute of play. When the match clock showed 52 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Zaccheo Andolina sped through Seraċini Għawdxin's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bennvar Noobel. In the 56th minute Fernando Negro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Vittori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Italy's Flavio Vittori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adam Jansson in the 57th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adam Jansson in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Flavio Vittori saved Italy from getting behind. 70 minutes into the match, Italy's Zaccheo Andolina sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bennvar Noobel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Zaccheo Andolina blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bennvar Noobel having to make a save. 77 minutes into the match, Song Wei Yun notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Italy's Flavio Vittori. Flavio Vittori was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 82 played minutes Seraċini Għawdxin got a freekick which was hit by Fernando Negro. Italy made a substitution. Sansone Vanella replaced Gianpaolo Mascari. Italy made a substitution. Adriano Curto replaced Zaccheo Andolina. Fernando Negro kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Adriano Curto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bennvar Noobel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, Porziano Marchitelli had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bennvar Noobel. Seraċini Għawdxin's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Porziano Marchitelli was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4. If Siricio Liotta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bennvar Noobel was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Adriano Curto showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-5 in the 90 minute of play. In the 93rd match minute, Seraċini Għawdxin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Negro to maneuver through the defense.
