Alvar Öberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Valentin in the 10th minute of the match. Alvar Öberg guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. The supporters of Hungary booed when Club Atletico Rio Tercero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fred Karlsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Club Atletico Rio Tercero's Marcelo Eladio got a free kick in the 47th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hector Arnas in the 52nd minute of the match. Antal Valentin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Alvar Öberg made a huge save. Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvar Öberg having to interfere. Hungary were awarded a corner in the 63th minute after Club Atletico Rio Tercero's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Antal Valentin took the corner. 68 minutes into the game, Hungary's Major Barna nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alvar Öberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Antal Valentin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alvar Öberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Atletico Rio Tercero's goalkeeper Alvar Öberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 80 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Alejandro Jerrald came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 83 played minutes Club Atletico Rio Tercero got a freekick which was hit by Cipriano Joachim. 86 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Rio Tercero's goalkeeper Alvar Öberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Major Barna. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Club Atletico Rio Tercero getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Alfredo Aresti hit a great ball. Antal Valentin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacobo Mark in the 93rd minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Antal Valentin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alvar Öberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match was over Hungary could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Club Atletico Rio Tercero throughout the match.
